The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                
considering CSHB 253(JUD) and SCS CSHB 253(HES) am S                           
recommends the following be adopted:                                           
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 253                                          
"An Act relating to a school disciplinary and safety program; and             
providing for an effective date."
